We're bombarded with societal body "standards" from the media; constantly berated about how we should or shouldn't look. Growing up I only saw curvy figures in the media, which made me think I needed cleavage to be a lady. I felt like I wasn't good enough. That I wasn't woman enough. I wanted to change my body, felt overlooked, & was overall ashamed. 
But through self love & changing my mindset throughout the years, I overcame that. Now I stand tall & proud, and can only hope that future generations will see all body types, shapes, & sizes in the media.
